If for any reason you find that your new treasures are not all you dreamed they would be, you can return them for a full refund, or swap them for something new. When returning purchases to SWISH Ladieswear, we need all your unwanted treasures to be in the same condition they came to you in (unworn and unwashed) so that they can one day be someone else’s treasures!

To return an item, please email katy@swishladieswear.com, so she can give you the magical RA number for you to write on the outside of the return package. For packages coming back to us that are not incorrect or damaged, the return postage will be your responsibility.

If your original order included a shipping charge, we are happy to refund the purchase price of the items, less the amount paid for shipping. If your original order included free shipping, we are happy to refund the purchase price, less $15.00+tax to cover the original shipping costs.

We do have to put a time limit on returns, and are happy to issue RA numbers for any return requests sent to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Return packages must also be received within 30 days of issuing the RA number. If you aren’t able to work within these timeframes, let us know when you request the RA number, and we can try and work around you. We would hate for you to have to ship things from your vacation in Mexico!


Damages/Incorrect Shipments

If your fabulous treasures arrive to you, and you find that something isn’t right (if we made a mistake and sent you someone else’s treasures, or if something crazy happened while shipping and your new treasures are damaged), please let us know right away, and include a photo of the incorrect/damaged items. We will be happy to provide you with an RA number, so that you can send the pieces back to us for an exchange for the right item, or a new, undamaged one! Please include a copy of the postage receipt in the package, and we will happily reimburse you for the return shipping costs. We are only able to issue RA numbers for these items up to 15 days after you receive them, so please contact us as soon as you notice something is amiss!
